I recently had a 23 day stay in Raritan Bay Medical Center (possibly the worst hospital ever) for an infection from a booster shot that blew up my arm and left me unable to walk. I then was transferred to Reformed Church, possibly the best facility ever! There's not enough stars in the galaxy to rate this place. When I first arrived I was greeted by Nelly Grussgott who I can't find enough good things to say, she is quite frankly worth her weight in gold. She is like the energizer bunny she never stops. She tells you the layout and all the things you need to know while you are there. Then there's nurse Carol who not only does a great job as nurse but will also help you with anything else you need. There's Candy who makes sure you have enough to eat and will also get you anything you need while always smiling. The physical therapists are hard working individuals that literally helped me walk again. It's impossible for me to remember everyone's name but there wasn't anyone in this beautiful place that wasn't pleasant and helpful. I certainly don't want to go back anytime soon but if I did I wouldn't go anywhere but Reformed Church home. Again, I thank everyone for all the great care you gave me.

My 85-year-old mother was recently admitted to the Skilled Nursing facility following emergency abdominal surgery. She has Parkinson's, so we knew level of care she needed would be intense and complicated. We could not be happier. The therapy team was very attentive to her progress. They made sure she was improving without pushing her too hard or allowing her to become discouraged. They managed to find that perfect balance. There was always clear communication with the billing department. I needed a crash course in Medicare and they provided it willingly. Michelle, the social worker was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond the call of duty every time. If you're looking for a safe and caring environment to help care for your elders, this is the place. Not enough stars available - Reformed Church Home is top notch.

Thank you for reaching out. For sub-acute rehabilitation, we do accept Medicare and the AARP supplemental insurance. If you are in need of a short term rehab stay, and have had a hospital admission for at least 3 nights, you would generally qualify. Please contact us if you have more questions or wish to tour. 732-607-9230
