Roberto is very knowledgeable and did my work while I waited. He replaced two swivel wheels on my TravelPro suitcase and even found a few loose threads that he fixed for no extra charge. I recommend two things: 1) call first as their availability can vary wildly and 2) be very clear on the price before you come in. They quoted me $35 and then said it was per wheel when I came in. Reduced it to $50 but still probably wouldn't have come if they had been up front about the pricing.

I have a 24” Victorinox carry on. The rubber handle and the retracting handle were broken. Roberto replaced the rubber handle but did not have the parts for the retractable handle. I called Sandor, the owner and he said give me one more day. True to his word the next day the luggage was repaired. Roberto also replaced the bumpers on the side, replaced the wheels, and cleaned the front of the suitcase. Thank you Sandor.

I’m a flight attendant, and needed a new expandable handle put in. This shop was incredible, so nice. Great customer service. My bag was fixed within the 35 minutes that I arrived. If your bag is in need of repair this is definitely the place to go.
