I’m not sure doing business with Sampler is a good idea. When you take the time to go and pick up items you won during an auction you would expect them to know if your item actually exists and not just a lot number. We were so excited that we got a great deal on 2 vanities and a bathtub, unfortunately after dealing with Tony in one location, he said it’s at another location 5 miles up the road. So we go to the other location and talk directly to the seller where she says she isn’t ready to give us the vanity and the bathtub actually never existed so we should get a full refund on the item. We said ok regarding the bathtub and for the vanities, we agreed to come back next week. We decided to go back to Tony and explain our situation and this is when he tells us the seller refuses to sell us the vanities at the price they were sold. Instead of leaving with our items today, we basically were told we should receive a full refund by the end of the day and an apology. I’m sharing this story because it might happen more often than not and because we don’t really do business with Sampler Auction too often, and this has never happened before and I’m curious if the seller is allowed to back out of a contract like that and if the auction company should have been able to do more in this kind of situation.

I recently won 14 lots at an auction...they had 13 of the lots at four different storage units and the 14th lot would not be available until the following day. As I am nearly 4 hours away, picking up my lots became a difficult endeavor. In the end, Robert A. came through for me in helping get all my lots. Might I mention I ended up with some amazing gets and I would be happy to use their service to both buy and sell going forward. Keep an eye on their auctions and anything you will ever need will show up at some point!

This auction was a very pleasant experience! It was my first time attending their online auction and it was very smooth and well organized. The staff was really nice and friendly when I called the next day, Robert really took his time and was very patient explaining and guiding me through the process. Can’t praise Robert enough for helping me after the end of the auction through payment and pick up process. Definitely 5 stars to him and staff. Will recommend this auction house to my friends and family and hope to attend another one of their events soon.
