One of the worst experiences i have ever had in a restaurant. 20 min wait for table which is ok for a sunday night. (No complaints here) We sat down they were "out" of most steaks 🥩 not what we wanted but my wife is pregnant and she was craving steak at this point. So we settled for a second choice steaks. After an hour, our steaks show up. My wife is pregnant so she asked for well done with no pink. Well long story short, her meat was rare, we sent it back, it was medium we sent it back again, third time the manager claims this is how well done is. I have attached pictures for your consideration. The sides were all wrong was sent back twice. After complete destruction of what supposed to be our nice meal the manager gave us $10 coupon. We didn't touch the meat. We ate one of our sides ( they couldn't get the "loaded baked potatoes") and the bread. I took my 20 ounce meat home just to weigh it. I know the meat shrinks when cooked but there is no way a 20 ounce meat can be 5.7 ounces ( bone included). I have been to this very restaurant many times and never had any problems. (Which is why i kept on coming back) Either management has changed, or became mentally unstable. They kept on saying its not our fault. Well, if you can't get the order right 3rd time and insisting on this is how it is... it kinda is your fault. Needless to say I will not be back here anymore. Will not be recommending it to anyone.

We have been going to this restaurant for years and a minimum of twice a month. Last night, was the worst we were treated by Mgmt. Our friend is a Veteran and loves Texas Roadhouse, travels alot and has visited over 40 of their restaurants throughout the U.S. and he always bring his service dog. Last night for the first time ever mgmt made us feel like they didn’t care, we asked for the usual a styrofoam cup with water for the dog, they refused which in the past was never a problem. Our friend got up and got it on his own, mgmt came by and said to pick it up and throw it away that working service dogs were not allowed to be fed or drink water. So we just got up and left, we’re never coming back to this place with the way they made us feel. This service dog is everything to this veteran and for someone to say she can’t drink water is stupidity! This restaurant just lost loyal customers, afterwards we went to Longhorn where they treated us right and welcomed the dog with open arms.

Yes
The food and service is great and the prices are reasonable depending on what you get ... Like any decent place, there's always a few items on the menu that are pricey but most are decent ...
Yes but it has to be a reservation if there are more than 4 people
Not sure. I would suggest calling. However on weekdays they do not open until 4PM.
Yes, we have been there around 630pm on different days and we have not had any problems. But u can see if they have different locations
When you arrive you go to the front desk, you sign up for the arrival date and they give you a pager so that they can tell you when your table is ready.
And!
I don `t believe
if the restaurant is open from Mars 09/12
