DO NOT visit this location, the assistant brand manager /Sara is ALWAYS rude !!! I have had nothing but issues with her not wanting to do her job properly & being totally nasty ( and not just me, I've watched & heard her be this way to other account holders as well ). However I can take my business to the branch off of Kellogg & Tyler Rd and never ever have an issue. So consider yourself warned if you deal with her.

Terrible customer service, bank elsewhere. I fully intend to close my accounts because of my experiences with this branch, specifically. They've had multiple opportunities to fix their issues, but, the won't.

Now that I'm in Wichita from KC it's so nice to be able to have a co-op shared branch available. The staff are always very friendly. When you walk in they have a covid check as well. The building is super clean and well kept along with good landscaping. The building has really nice photography of Wichita as well! Last time I went in I just got out of school at WSU and brought my backpack in because I have an old pickup with no locks. I felt so bad for the poor screening lady who was shaking in her boots while she asked me what was in the bag - poor girl! Regardless of me bringing it in they still treated me very kindly and didn't make me even think about it until after I had left. A+, gang.

The sign says there's a teller on duty till 7:00 p.m. on the drive-through but there is no teller it is just an ATM that does not work right. The system is Poorly designed and shows the laziness of this institution when dealing with its members.
