This is the worst chipotle in the area. Makes me wish I lived out west still. They messed up on my husband's order (I ordered online) I pulled up my receipt to make sure it wasn't me that messed up and it wasn't me. When I went back to get it fixed there was no apology, no manager in sight. They remade it, handed it to me and that was it. I get better service from my trash company.

Ordered chips and guacamole and the order didn't have chips and the guacamole was less than half full. No napkins, no silverware. When you call to complain it's automated so you can't speak to anyone to resolve the issue ASAP.

Worst Chipotle in the plains. Ended up paying for the person's order behind us because they were so discombobulated. And the chips were stale. I dont mind paying for the person behind us, but stale chips? Who deserves that?

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with eating out anywhere! The way how the workers would talk to the customer was aggressive and unnecessary with snapping at us like a infant instead of treating anyone with respect. I’m 6’3 so when I pointed at what I wanted on my burrito the manager yelled and snapped on me and gave us angry looks. I have worked in the food industry for 8 years and I have never had anyone address me in a manner that the manager and the cashier did. For the amount of food we got for $30 was pitiful and sad. I could have gotten just as much food at Quadoba for cheaper and with much friendlier service. When I tried telling one of the workers we got overcharged for one of the entrees they told me who to speak to. I stood next to the cashier where I waited for the manager for 15 minutes patiently waiting for her to address me but she kept giving awful looks like I was burdening her for telling her she made a mistake on our order. After being ignored for those 15 minutes I walked out and threw my receipt on a table. I will never come back to this location as long as the current manager is running things. 1. Needs to learn respect for her customers. 2. Address the customers that have been waiting for your attention. 3. If you charge people $10 for a quesadilla make sure it’s bigger than Taco Bell’s which was bigger, tasted better, and we liked theirs enough to go back. Disappointment at its finest!! Don’t waste your money here and go to Qdoba instead.

You're asking the wrong place honestly. This is where you ask for information from others who've been there and have knowledge of current availabilities and the like. If you want to know what future plans they have, what's on a business roadmap, why the buildings are designed a certain way... all that is better suited to the 'Contact Us' link on their website.
