Roads are horrible !!!!! Very bad on vehicle tires and suspensions! My driveway is caving. Management won’t have it repaired.

The owners have very poor record keeping, and have just taken 90% of their renters to court for obsud5amounts of money. Most pay with cash or money order, so they dont have records to defend themselves!!! How can someone get $9,000 behind in rent and not get kicked out?? Most people are out after 60 days!!!

As a visitor I noticed rough spots on street. The best looking area are the trailers at the entrance. Cats seem to be abundant. I was told they're feral. Guess it keeps mice away :-/ cats being fixed would be a fantastic idea ;-)

I lived here 18 years ago. It was my first place. As a young adult, my boyfriend and I were judged and penalized and were made to pay additional rent each month because we had children. I was 19 years old and didnt know any better. The park was very clean and quiet. The owner of the park, I remember, was a frightening like women. I lived on the back road just across from the mailboxes. There was a very lovely elderly woman who lived next door.
