Tractor supply located in Milford,Pa.Is a great place to shop at. I needed a lawn tractor battery.I ordered it via the internet went to the store the next morning brought my invoice to the cashier and I was in and out .I would especially like to thank Rebecca for processing my core battery refund. The customer experience that I received during my visit was atrocious. The manager Robyn was mumbling expletives under her breath before I even had a chance to ask her a question, and when I did, rather than making time to assist me, she redirected me to someone else and kept on cursing through the store. There were three people on shift (including the careless manager) even though there are multiple "Now Hiring" signs and pamphlets throughout the store, which caused the line to stretch back to the customer service desk. If you want to shop someplace that cares about their customers, this location is not the one.

I bought a pair of 100$ boots that were filthy inside 2 weeks ago, went there today and my husband was going to buy a pair of boots but they were also worn. I showed an employee and she basically blew it off. Then I told her about the filthy sole boots I bought a week ago and she basically laughed in my face. I will never ever spend another penny in there and if u decide to buy shoes of any kind, make sure you check them!
