Cost more than a Walmart battery but worth less than any out there on the market. Don't waste your time getting stranded. Sold me a 2019 battery In 2021 and Wouldn't warranty an overpriced battery. Response to the DISHONEST "Owner" I STILL have the Battery Genius but keep trying to justify junk. Proof.

I came to the store this morning looking for some sort of battery jump pack for my vehicle. I received some of the best customer service I could ask for. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me select the exact product I needed without any pushy up-sales. He explained to me the services that the store provided and ensured that I knew about their return policy in case the product that I purchased wasn’t perfectly suited to my needs. I was in a hurry so I did not catch the employees name, but the receipt says “jkarber” on it so hopefully that will help to identify and give credit to the gentleman who helped me. The customer service that we received today will guarantee our returned business in the future, and I will gladly recommend this location to friends and family!
