I am the Executive Director of Glen Oaks Alzheimer's Special Care Center in Urbandale, IA. Our Residential Care (RCF) Community is beautiful, clean and lively with activity. We have wonderful associates who are trained to work with individuals with cognition impairment and memory loss. Our new ownership has helped us grow and given us the tools we need to make each day better for residents and associates. Our Montessorie Programs will grab your attention and enlighten you as to why our residents are happy and engaged. Our Leadership Team of 8 has a combined 132 years of experience in health care. Did I mention one member of our Leadership Team members was the recipient of "Administrator of the Year" by Iowa Health Care Association just a few short years ago? She is impressive all by herself!
