The teachers are outstanding and so are the classes. It's been a great experience. Beginners shouldn't feel intimidated, while more advanced students will get the communication/coaching they need. Highly recommend.

Yes they offer chair yoga. You can download the app MindBody for free and it will show you all the classes they offer as well as a schedule for all their classes.

There are showers. And there are no lockers per se but there are some bins provided that you can store your items in while you practice.
I was in a candlelight session once. Don't remember which class. May have been Hatha.
