One of their guys came knocking at my door, saying I had storm damage and I should let one of their experts give me a free estimate, so I agreed and set up an appointment. Next day guy shows up and tells me it's not worth his time to do an estimate. I left work for this. I understand you guys are busy but this is just unprofessional. Edit: In response to United Services response I feel like I should point out that this is terrible advice for any homeowner and most roofing companies would recommend the exact opposite - contact your insurance company after getting an professional assessment of damage.

United Services installed new doors and windows for your house this spring. They were excellent to work with. Mark the president communicated great and saw the project through. Due to the pandemic there were many challenges in getting these installed on time but Mark was a true professional in helping make it right when we ran into challenges. There were many different people installing and working on the windows, doors, and frames frames and all did a great job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the service and quality of the doors and windows.

After the Storm of 2013, i contacted United Services at the request of a friend and i was very happy with my results. They replaced my roof and repaired the siding on my home and painted my entire house. The crew did a great job and cleaned up my landscape beds. I would recommend Mark Passer to anyone that would need his services. October 2021 - I called Mark from United Services to look at domes issues with the siding on my home. His crew came and did the repairs in 3 days. They repaired about 100 board feet of siding - caulked all of the seems and painted my house including the gutters and down spouts. I highly recommend United Services for all of your exterior needs!

How do I get started on a project?

We look forward to assisting you! To get started call our office at 402-572-1144. We will go over what you'd like to get done and provide you an exact quote. Upon agreement we will prepare a detailed sales contract so that everything included on your project is clearly stated in writing. From there our designer will reach out to assist with color and design plans, when applicable, and we’ll order your materials and schedule your installation.

What types of warranties do you offer?

Many of the products we install come with manufacturer product warranties which will be provided to you upon project completion. United Services offers a labor warranty that guarantees our workmanship for a period of one year after the work is performed.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. United Services offers in-house financing for qualifying purchases under $7500, subject to credit approval. We also offer third-party financing through a Synchrony Bank home project loan. We can also assist you with obtaining a loan with the Denman Team at Delmar Mortgage, Great Western Bank, Dundee Bank or your own bank.

Do you require a downpayment?

For exterior projects a down payment is typically not required, depending on the scope of the project. For interior remodels, a down payment of 50% is due prior to ordering any materials or starting the work.

Yes, our installers do a thorough clean-up at the end of the job and we’ll haul away all job-related debris. Your sales consultant will perform a completion walk around with you to make sure the job-related dust and debris is cleaned up to your satisfaction.

Our professional installation crews will perform the work on your house. Our trusted contractors specialize in their respective area of expertise and are trained on the latest installation standards to ensure a quality installation. If your project involves multiple trades, such as windows and painting, you will have a separate installation crew that specializes in each trade.

Will you notify me about my installation schedule? What if there is a delay or change to the schedule?

We will notify you of our projected installation schedule prior to the work being started. If the schedule changes we will notify you of any changes. Circumstances such as weather, materials on backorder or work load delays may require the schedule to be shifted.

Can I visit your showroom?

Absolutely! Our showroom visits are by appointment so that we can be best prepared to answer your questions and make the most of your time. During the Covid-19 pandemic, this also allows us to limit the number of clients we have in the showroom at any given time for the safety of you and our staff. We respectfully request that you wear a mask in the showroom until the CDC determines it is safe to no longer wear masks in public settings.

Yes, if for safety reasons during the Covid-19 pandemic you would prefer a virtual or no-contact consultation, simply let us know. For exterior projects we can often inspect from the outside of your home and either talk with you about the project socially-distanced or over the telephone. For interior projects we can arrange a video call and/or have you send us photos to discuss the project over the phone.

For interior services, such as kitchen or bathroom remodels or window shade purchases, we find it best to start with a showroom visit to get a sense of the design style you have in mind and see samples before scheduling an in-home visit.
