2nd time going to get 4 tires on. 1st time a lug nut was crossthreaded so had to leave take it to a mechanic to replace. Okay done.... went back this morning and they broke a lug nut on the rear. Omg!! All I want is 4 tires on... wtheck!! Now they say take it to get fixed come back we will reimburse you for the broken lug nut. Same guy worked on my car both times . I understand the crossthread is on me . I also think the power tools and hand bar used is what broke the stem... ughhhh

I needed emergency tire service as an Amazon driver this afternoon. These guys were short on assistance, but helped me out as soon as they could in order to get me back on the road. Can't thank this crew enough. I'm sure my customers would say the same. Thank you to this amazing team!
