30 Sept 2022 Once again I had to use Baker so to the time of day. If a store is open it should be fully open the customer should not have to remove egg crates from the cooler to get eggs. The customer should not be forced to check their own groceries AVOID THIS BAKER if at all possible! PREVIOUS VISIT Absolute worst customer service of any grocery store I’ve ever been to. My first experience the price of a product didn’t ring the same as the shelf price…they didn’t care. The second experience the self checkout I was on malfunctioned the checker came to help but when another customer had a question I was left standing there and the checker never came back. I’ll go anywhere except this particular Baker no matter how inconvenient

Instead of having real people check customers out, this location uses faulty machines. When the faulty machines fail to check people out, nothing can be done and customers have to leave behind groceries they just spent an hr or so procuring. So instead of leaving with groceries, customers leave with a couple of hours wasted . What a frustrating wasteful endeavor. Too bad management was not competent enough to step in and remedy the issue.
