Went here 20 minutes before close and ordered a plate. I get to the window and pay and then they tell me they are out of chow mein. I said that’s fine I’ll take fried rice. Few minutes pass and they come back to the window and tell me they are out of Beijing beef. I’m like that’s fine I’ll take the shrimp. Guess what, out of that too. Finally asked for broccoli beef and they had it. I don’t think they like to cook near close. Multiple cars in the drive through at the time also. Wonder if they got what they ordered

Placed our order according to the prices on the menu board. The prices went up and were represented on the receipt, but the menu board is still at the old cheaper prices. I ordered a PLATE and wanted Walnut shrimp for my 2 sides. The helper did not inform me that there would be an up charge for each Walnut shrimp. I guess it is a "Premium" entree choice. I do not go to Panda Express often and this is my first time to this location and have not seen a Premium choice entree list until now. Also, their menu board is not totally visible from the order counter area. $25.00 for a 2 entree Plate, a Bowl, a cream cheese Rangoon, and a soda. WOW! Did I say cream cheese and not crab? Yep The soda out of the machine was hot and there was no ice. They had been open for 30 minutes before we came in. NO ICE? The service was horrible. One person running the front line. It took 10 minutes to talk to someone to place our order and there was only 1 couple ahead of us. While we were eating, another customer stepped up to the counter to yell at the server to help an elderly couple who had been waiting a long time to place their order. This means that the elderly couple had to be waiting so long that a stranger had to step up and say something. I have seen many restaurants close when they went to nickel and diming people. Crappie service and bad products well not help the situation either. It will be a long while before I come back to this location, if at all.

Be very careful! I asked help with our order. It took 10 minutes to find the name. Then when we get home the meals were so hot under the warmers they melted to our counter. Lady was very rude when I asked if there was anything she would do for our order to make it right. She said "no"! We have given them lots of business I will never go back to this location again!! Terrible management. with cancer friendly good. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!!!
