We stayed 2 nights over Memorial Day weekend. I want to say upfront that the front desk staff was very kind and helpful, both for late night check in and the young woman who was there during the day. My biggest complaint is that our smoke free room had an adjoining door to the smoking room next to us, so by morning the smoke had come through the gap around the door and my husband and I both woke up with sore, scratchy throats, congestion, and headaches. I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke and specifically asked for a smoke free room. Having a door in between rooms defeats the purpose of it being a "smoke free" room. I went and spoke with the front desk lady, who was very helpful, but unfortunately there were no rooms that we could be switched to. She assured me that they would do their best to get the smoke smell out during the day. It was better the 2nd night, but I wouldn't stay there again if that room was my only option. The only other complaint would be that they need to do a deep clean/sanitization on the ac units in each room. They're gross. They have a bunch of dirt and debris in them so when they're running, the air that's coming out smells old and musty.

Someone at the front desk tried to use my credit card info 2 times on the morning of 4/15/22 at Phillips 66 for $100 each. Spent the night on 4/14/22 arrived at about 10 pm left at around 5;30am. The lady that check me in was very nice. It was my only stop in the state besides McDonald (paid cash). Now I'm on vacation with a blocked credit card. Not a fan. By the way you have a Phillips 66, 9 miles east of the location.

Donna at the front desk was very, very helpful trying to find us a handicap room since the person at choice hotels messed up the reservation. You need MORE than one luggage cart and better access for the cart to the front door. The second handicap parking slopes downhill n you cant get to ramp after you've pulled your vehicle in. Either put smoking rooms on second floor or make hotel nonsmoking pls. Why no vending machine

We arrived late and left early! The staff was extremely friendly. We did have an issue, the room the assigned us to had not been cleaned. When we walked in the bed wasn't even made. The staff was quick to get us into a new room. The new room was clean. The rooms need to be at updated those hair dryers on the wall are not great! The shampoo/conditioner/lotion were not good quality either. And it would have been nice for them to offer a makeup remover towelette. These are common item in most motels. We was only there for an early morning appointment. I will not stay here again.
