Third bad experience. I’m done with this Red Robin, last time we went we waited an hour on our food after we sat down (no they weren’t busy, and yes their were plenty of staff). Today we go in she said it was a 20 minute wait, so we waited for 30 minutes, we watched six groups leave and they had seated anyone. The place was actually disgusting so we decided to leave and go else where.

It was really busy but their waitress staff were hustling and bustling to fill orders as quickly as possible while still serving really tastey burgers and fresh Neverending fries.

Food was ok when I got it customer service w as the worst red Robin experience I had. Took a long time to get our food, when they brought it out they brought it out the first time they gave it to the wrong people so they had to go re make the order which took even longer. Had to ask for utensils and napkins. We got seated in a small booth so we had to ask for a bigger table. Wasn't the best customer service experience I had, would I return idk whenever they got the staff together maybe.
