I’ve had nothing but AMAZING things to say about this place until yesterday. My daughter had been running 102 temps and I called to have her seen as a sick patient. I let the triage nurse know that she had been tested for covid and it was negative. When the nurse called back, she told me I was doing everything right. She said keep pumping her with fluids and if she got worse to call back. I didn’t call for advice on how to take care of her I needed her to be seen because clearly something was wrong. Currently looking for another pediatrician!!!

Im not even sure where to begin with my level of disgust with this place. Let’s start with sending a newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic child home with no insulin or meter or instructions to do anything. Thank God I’m a nurse. Then the NP was so ignorant she put her on long acting insulin only (a type 1 needs short acting as well). My child has had health issues including issues that put adults in the hospital and they have failed to do a referral while making us wait believing they had. Again thank God I’m a nurse or my daughter would be dead. With the size of fhis business. And number of employees and providers, failing your patients in this manner, particular pediatric patients shows utter lack of concern or competence. Currently looking for a new pediatric provider.

I called over 10 different Urgent Cares and practices attempting to get care for my husband. This practice was the ONLY one who would listen and was even able to have him seen the same day. We had positive experiences with the front desk all the way through to FNP. Thank you in this instance seems simply not enough.
