Wow actually surprised with the good reviews. I haven't had anything but a hard time. I had to go on a waiting list at first which I understood as my schedule was limited at the time. I got set up with Debbi. I had 2 sessions with her and felt things were going well. I misunderstood the 3rd appointment time and showed up on a Sunday morning. When she did not show up I looked at my phone and found an auto generated message from the office saying my appointment was on Saturday. I was very upset that I had missed the appointment and even more upset that she never called me to ask where I was or if I was coming. Nobody from the office even called to ask about a reschedule. She did not pre schedule me. My next visit was scheduled at that appointment. When I called the office and explained I had missed my appointment I was told my spot was now filled with someone else. How can you have me on as a patient and then just give my spot away without even calling to check on me and see if I am okay?! I was appalled. Tina told me she would look into getting me in with someone else. I waited a week. I called today and was told that there was no availability with anyone and I would go back on the waiting list BUT no idea how long that wait would be. Julie told me she would reach out to Debbi and ask her but she is sure she is filled up now. Never got a call back with an update. Great! Clearly this place does not care. I am so upset that I was literally pushed aside without even a thought. "Missed appointment..oh well..fill up the slot because we wont call her" When I was already an established client. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You are supposed to be a place that helps people.

Yes, we do accept most BCBS plans, including the State Plan, and we also accept SC Medicaid insurances. If you have BCBS and have not met your deductible yet, your rates are reduced from our self pay rates until the deductible is met.
