Scheduled for August 10, got 2 calls from hospital day before confirming and going over info. 7am laying in hospital bed with IV, spoke with 2 nurses in procedure room and both anesthesiologists. 90 minutes later Dr never showed and never received info why. Very unprofessional at every level. I called his office and didn't even get apology or reason. What has happened to medical field?

With all do respect Dr. Katta treated my partner & diagnosed him with gastritis which he specializes in but for some reason referred him to Dr. Epstein which works in same office...smh. My partner paid $750.00 out of pocket for a colonoscopy & endoscopy then 4 mths later was asked to pay again to repeat same procedure which we decided not to re-do to get same results & both specialists did nothing. Still my partner dealing with gastritis issue & looking for a specialist that can truly treat gastritis. Just a waste of time. Why say or post you specialize in gastritis when you as a dr can't truly help. Good luck to whomever goes to this office.

Horrible representatives. I called the office twice to make an appointment. After waiting 5-6 minutes, a representative says, "please hold." Then, I waited for an additional 5-6 minutes. Then, they disconnected the phone. So, I do not think I will ever call them back again.
