I had them come out to a Home I bought and Ava four years ago ,I was not home so I could not keep an eye on them . I was at the hospital with my wife in intensive care. when I return home I found an extra 15 feet of carpet in six rolls of padding . Extra! they return the padding but refused to refund me for the difference of the Carpet .said it was normal to have extras!, BS well unknown to them I worked at a carpet store for six years and I have received awards for my accuracy in measuring and these people are ripping people off and Takings advantage when they think they can ! the owner will not offer me anything ! so I told him I would advertise forever. I haven’t filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and somehow he got it redacted Know what you’re doing and asking for and what you’re getting ? ,beware Bruce

They carry a lot of brands! Shaw, Manning, Armstrong, and many more. They have a very large and nice showroom as well! I believe they have the largest selection and most competitive pricing that I've seen in southern illinois.
I'm just curious, did they hold you down and force you to write them a check? Did they somehow keep you from shopping around? I'm also curious if you would have been any happier with a price of 20% less but without the customized service and top tier products they provide? It sounds to me like you have buyers remorse and you are blaming your issue and lack of due diligence on an upstanding local company. I have been using Niemann flooring for 12 years both as a contractor and in my own home. Nothing less than the best service and a top of the line product. Maybe you would have been happier at HIW or Karpet Korner where you can get your 6 dollar a yard product and then I bet you could find an installer on craigslist to do an install for the price you think it should be. Lastly, you have left two other Google reviews, both for companies in Oregon and both negative. Personally I have doubt that you were even a customer of Niemann. Ps.
