They don't answer their phone!

Can't even make an appointment because nobody will answer the phone. I've tried several times. If anyone can recommend a neurologist that would be great.

Please do not go here. They never answer the phone. I could not even have my testing done ordered by this doctor because they will not answer the phone or fax from the scheduling person. This was not a one time event that I could not get an answer at the office, it was at least a dozen. My care was delayed because I had to find a new doctor and start over. Terrible.

I called and left a voicemail to cancel a appointment. The following day I called 6 times with no response. A month later I get a text message saying I now have to pay 50$ for not showing up for a appointment I cancelled. I also called today and it's either busy or I get hung up on. Don't go here.

Had an appointment at 8:10 , no one got to the office to open up until 8:18
We asked for a referral to Pinehurst Neurology! The care is much better when people can tell the difference between trauma to a leg and ALS!!!
