Power goes out at least once a week regardless of weather. I have called and left several messages about this issue with zero response. Unfortunately they are our only option for electric.

The people in office are extremely rude they have no respect for customers they treat people that live in the city limits like we have a choice to choose another utility company they have no compassion when it comes to people lively hood they make errors on they end and just expect the customers to work with them then will cut your power within one day of you getting paid i cant wait to leave this city they need to be shut down or the city needs to offer another energy source because they are the complete worse
