Never answer the phone

They will not answer the phone and the recording you get takes you to a mailbox that is FULL and can not accept messages. They also do not mail out notices at all. So, by the time they mail a notice it is a termination notice AFTER the fact of finding out you no longer get benfits or services!

They work fast and try their best to meet your needs but if you call to speak with someone, they never answer their phone. I’ve asked the front office for an alternate phone number to reach them and she said they only have one phone.
