Hi Scott. There has been a recent change to our top off policy. We do provide top offs within 3,000 miles from your last oil change. However, there is a per quart charge for oil. We still top off your fluids and fill your tires at no additional charge!
I get premium synthenic oil blends for my older high mileage car, so my cost is about $50. The standard regular 10w30 oil & filter change is about $29 as a guess.
I have had no problems reaching them by phone. Usually pick up quickly!
