I have to give this place one star. They were friendly and kept apologizing for the long wait. However, being already stressed out when I brought my dog there, they ended up making me wait in the parking lot for over 5 hours which was stressful in itself They quote you a price then make you pay upfront before they will take care of the dog. Then they take the animal and make you wait.Even after the dog was done they made me wait another 40 minutes for her to be discharged. Then they finally brought her out to me.It seems like they could hire more veternarians to see the animals quicker or at least tell you it's gonna be awhile in case you need to leave.I don't understand why they are curbside still with masks on when it's no longer 2020 and we are not on lockdown.

Had to drive 2 hours to bring my cat, Ponzu, here last night around midnight. The staff was very kind and professional. I feel like they priced fairly (for example, it was $27 for two medications and IV fluids) and I didn’t feel like I was being scammed or overcharged. It ended up being cheaper than I was expecting it to be. They worked with me to get my cat the care he needed without wasting time and money on unnecessary things. This place will definitely be my go-to in more future emergencies! Highly recommend.

Their service and care was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Dr Butcher was thorough and exact in her diagnosis and treatment.

My 75lb golden retriever just finished off 2.5 ounces of Haagen-Dass ice cream left in a container. Is there a risk involved with this?

You need to probably call the office; they don't check/respond to Google questions.

Took our 6month old male pug puppy to our vet for severe cough, excessive drooling, gagging, and some vomiting. Vet seem to think it was possibly seizures. Coughing has gotten worse gagging has gotten much worse should we have him seen again?

Your best bet is to call them and explain what is going on and they will assist you in what you need to do.
