Every interaction I’ve had that have involved “customer service” has been seriously questionable. From the shoving of mail and packages in my p.o. box, to just sending mail out. If you are not personally known by staff, they are typically rude and impatient. Especially Ken.

We went to go get our mail. We witnessed the lady up front yell at a kid (maybe 10 years old). Absolutely terrible manners from a government employee.

P.O. Box combination doesn’t work. They didn’t want to fix it so when I would go up or call they would catch an attitude with me. Ken was rude to my wife so it seems they have a problem doing their job.

Questions & Answers

Is there a reason why certain deliveries don't get put in a box with a key and are held by the post office. If we can't get there before you close we're screwed until we can leave work early which is in JC?

They dont have enough boxes for everyone. They do their best to put as many packages in boxes as possible. It is not an easy job.
