When I brought my puppies home, I used this facility. I have 2 dogs which they serviced for 7 years. Today my dog had an emergency. They refused to see my dog because I didn’t go there often enough. I would have to wait a month, which was unacceptable. They were punishing me without any care for a long standing patient. Shame.

St Francis Animal Hospital located on Hwy #17 in Little River SC is an awesome place. All of the staff are well trained in promoting a caring culture is the care they give in our 4 legged family members. It gives further than that, they care also that the mom's and dads are happy with the care given to our loved ones. If you are currently a PT there and need to cancel an appointment, please give plenty of notice for that situation. If you need a PX filled also, give them plenty of notice to ensure the Drs office can have time to evaluate your pets needs. If you read this comment give it a like please.

Ms. Stuckey is correct--we currently only groom pets for medical reasons (e.g. a pet needs sedation for grooming or has other health issues that require grooming under sedation/close observation.)
