The most important thing to me is that my Mom is happy here, and they treat her good and with respect. It is already very hard to have your love ones away from you. I know they treat her right and she is getting the medical attention and treatment that she needs. Thank you for all the Employees that work hard to keep her happy. Our family really appreciates everything that you do for her.

My mother has dementia and needs round the clock care. We are so blessed to have found Conway Manor. This may be an older facility and may need small things done but what I care about more is my mothers care. The care my mother receives here is so much more important then the building needing a small paint job. We have nurses that truly care for my mom. They always call us if she needs anything or just to inform us she may not feel well that day. My family visits my mom 3-4 times a week her room is always clean, her bedsheets are always changed and her bathroom is always clean. We constantly see the people cleaning and keeping up with the patients room. My mom is always telling us how much she loves it there. She tells us how nice all the nurses are to her . I will never move my mom because the nurses are what makes this place such a warm and loving environment for my mom. Thank you to all the nurses and staff at Conway Manor we truly appreciate you.

My sister and I have been trying to see our dad who is in this facility for short term care. We have been waiting in the lobby for 20 mins trying to figure out how to see him. Yes it a Sunday after noon but there is no receptionist, we have called several times to try and get help but no one answers. When we thought he needed to go into a long term care home I tried 12 times to get some information NO ONE returned my calls or emails. Wouldn't give a start if I didn't have to.

My friend Lillian Thiele asked me to let everyone know what a blessing Conway Manor was for her. Her husband has dementia and she worried about him every day before getting him into Conway Manor. They have been terrific about his care and keeping her informed about him. He is in his end days now and she said everyone at Conway Manor has been very professional and caring about both him and her. She would give them 10 stars if that was possible.
