My absolute favorite book store! Beware: you'll walk out with more books than you planned to because the booksellers will give you so many fabulous recommendations! No matter what you're looking for, they'll have a book for you :)

Visited Litchfield Books many years ago and had very fond memories. Decided to visit again while on vacation last week. The store is beautifully laid out. Books are well displayed. However, the two employees were not cordial, welcoming, nor helpful at all. I was the only one in the bookstore. I tried to make light conversation to no avail. I frequent independent bookstores in Greenville and always receive better service. I almost walked out the door without a purchase but always like to buy from small businesses. Would not return. Hope my new book is a better read than the employees at the store.
