2022 Update: Still cannot recommend them enough! Every visit is calm, they explain everything that is or is not going on clearly. They do not make you feel like you are asking too many questions, they are very friendly and you feel part of a family. I love, love, love them and will always take my pets there as long as we are in this area. Today was Randy's second visit to Ark Animal Hospital and I could not be happier with the level of service provided. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional and the facilities are very clean. I could not be happier. Thanks to Dr. Smith and her staff.
