Pros: The staff is very friendly and the complex stays very clean and nicely kept. The electric and utilities are fairly cheap and rent isn’t too expensive. The apartments have a nice modern look. Cons: This year(2022) the pool has been closed a lot. Seems some trouble making young people moved in recently and are ruining summer for the residents. Also, the walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbor snore at night on the other side of the wall and I can hear every step the neighbor above me makes. The windows and doors are poorly insulated as well. I can hear every car drive past on the high way.

Great deal on the apartment and most staff are friendly and polite. Love the maintenance workers. They do a great job and respond with care.

The Edison At Peyton has the worst property manager ever. Her name is Pam. She's the biggest trouble maker ever!! Renters beware!!!!!

Management at this community is top notch! I’ve personally witnessed how kind and understanding the leadership team is. You can easily tell from the pictures of their property that the apartments and amenities are amazing. However, I think it should also be noted how world class their people are as well!
