The games and wings are the best they have to offer. We had a group of about 15 and had no problem finding seating upstairs. We did online and in person ordering which was not bad. The server we had really did her best with having other tables to attend to downstairs. They need more staff quickly. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. The pizza was like cardboard seriously. Very little sauce and toppings to where we only ate the middle slices. The wings were perfect but all the other food we ordered wasn’t worth it. We spent well over $400 and could have done better at chuckie cheese. A lot of the games were out of order and again staff was short handed.

We went on Saturday 10/8 and it says it’s not open until 11:00 but door says 10:00. Came back at 11:00 and the entire system is down. Went back Sunday 10/9. Had a good time with the games but went upstairs to do bowling and all 6 lanes were having problem. Ordered lunch (5 of us) and one order came out 1/2 hour before the rest of ours, but the food was good. It could be a really good place if the get this stuff figured out quickly! Also in the restroom only one soap dispenser had soap in it!

went in one night and got yelled at by the owner. he then proceeded to yell at one of the workers in front of us because he is incapable of training people. they shouldn’t have been opened with such short staffed. i feel bad for the staff here that has to put up with the management. i’ve seen the same two employees run around more than i’ve seen the owner/gm help. the owner just sits there while the staff needs help.

Would give it zero if I could. Went tonight. There was a sign saying feel free to seat yourself. Another sign next to it saying Table wait is 45 minutes. No list just stand around and wait for a table. I found a table that had high chairs all around it. 2 people were sitting there I asked the waitress if we could sit here and order I was informed this huge table and seating was all one bill. So she can't place the orders if we sit there. Okay, she says she will look for a table for us. She never came back. We stood there for 40 minutes waiting, finally a table cleared out so I ran over there to get the table but apparently the table next to it was holding it for the 6 people that just walked away. And they were extremely rude about it. So we will not be back. Open seating is a very bad idea! There were groups of people everywhere waiting for a table. There will be a fight over a table for sure if they don't change there open seating to a waiting list.
