I am only giving this because Ms.Martha and the lady in billing (I don't know her name) were kind and very friendly. I am not sure who the rude lady was that was horrible to me but she doesn't need to have a job there anymore she she puts the SEWAGE in Water and Sewage.

Terrible. How many times do you have to call to get some help ? I’ve called several times, and left several voicemails over the course of a month and they still have yet to reach out or return my calls. Customer service is rude but what do you expect? They definitely need better management in the office.
