Front office staff are rude and unwelcoming. We used another location in the burbs for years and never needed an appointment. I have no issue with making an appointment if that is their policy, but the better customer service approach would be to state the policy and help the customer make an appointment, not scold them repeatedly for daring to enter the premises without one. Will not be back.

Had a pleasant experience at the Pearle Vision store in Frankford, Illinois. Everyone in the store was professional and easy to work with. From the doctor to the sales staff. All insurance coverage was explained in great detail. They took their time with you and treated you like a valued customer. I will definitely go back to their store and recommend their service.
