I normally love this store but I was in this store yesterday and it looked like someone had been running a daycare center in there, shoes were strewn in every isle and some areas weren't even accessible or safe to be in. There were 2 employees at the counter just standing/sitting there talking when they could have been cleaning up the mess. I was very disappointed with my visit

I entered the door and said Good morning and there were 2 cashier's standing there at the register and NOT ONE OF THEM SAID HELLO BACK NOR GREETED ME AND MY SON!!!!! I won't be back cause that was just rude to me!!!! THEY NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

actually in the middle. I think because of Covid you can't just pass through stores anymore, but i could be wrong. If you go in through Von Maur it's the closest way.
