I have been a faithful patient with McBride for around 20 years. I attempted to make an appointment with Dr Wiley for back pain and after waiting (she said I was lucky that I only waited 2 days for an answer) the appointment desk finally called to say he denied me. No reason or explanation. My past spine surgeons Dr Schneble and Dr Smith have left McBride so I'm left to search for a spine physician. It's so wrong to be this high and mighty. I have begged for an explanation for this decision to no avail. I am determined to be given a reason but can't get past the poor lady at the appointment desk. So sad

I just 1 day ago I had a total hip replacement surgery. My surgeon (dr tkach) did an awesome job pre and post, I think I slept Through the middle. Within 4 hours of surgery I was standing and had my first walk down the hall(Cindy PT) was great. Loved all the nurses, ya they poked and took vitals for the next 16 hours, but it’s a hospital that’s their job and they we all very nice and professional. At the 24 hour mark we were signing the release paperwork to go home, where I’m sitting now. If you haven’t seen the trama a total hip replacement puts your body through. Pull up utube and see the ‘anterior’ approach. Oh ya I had my other hip replaced at integris 6 years ago and they were also great .. but I spent 2.5 days in hospital.

My wife got her acl surgery here, and two years later, her knee still hurts. On top of that, we tried getting a 2nd mri done to see what’s wrong, her dr located at McBride won’t send out a referral or pre cert to have it done elsewhere, her knee hurts every day and I’m trying to get her the care she needs, it’s been issue after issue here and roadblock after roadblock.

No they do not they use to if it was a referral but not anymore soonercare won't cover it depending on age
