Took my 2007 Yamaha jet ski in to be checked and serviced. Told them it was cutting out and losing power. Deducting what was done at my request they did appx. $ 900.00 in work. When I picked the jet ski up the head of service said "there's a noise in the engine so....and shrugged his sholders. ( I had a feeling then I had just wasted a good deal of money ) But I towed the jet ski to Table rock lake for my annual vacation on the water, and inside 4 hours it was back on trailer doing same thing that it had done before the $900.00 service. Spoke to owner on returning and he seemed very concerned, telling me to bring it back and they would see what the problem was. Seemed to be concerend so towed it back, 95 miles one way. Mechanic came out, hooked a tool to check compression, shook his head and said, "gonna need a new engine". Owner then showed up and on hearing this, shook his head, and immediately started trying to sell me used jet skis he had, or mentioned a minimal discount for a new jet ski purchase. I do not believe he cared at all that I had paid almost $1,000.00 for a jet ski to run for a couple hours, he just saw a possible chance to make a sale. No one ever even suggested that I might deserve at least a partial refund. I'm not going to tell anyone to go here or not, that's your decision. But if you do, you can't say you weren't warned. Myself, never !!!!! ( and the one star is only cause I can't post less.)

Drove 8 hours to get a Honda talon. Told it would be ready for pickup on Monday morning. Ended up waiting 11 hours for them not to get it done right. Very disorganized. Mechanic working on it spent more time looking for tools than turning wrenches. Shop is a mess
