We were saddened, surprised, and disappointed in the charges. We were pleased with the technician's knowledge and helpfulness in resolving the issue. 1) Four Star installed a new HVAC less than 2 years ago. 2) As noted on the invoice, Chris changed the fan setting to "low," indicating that that may have contributed to our issue. 3) We had the annual HVAC system inspection in recent months, which revealed no issues. 4) We understand a service fee of $90 along with repair fees, but + a diagnostic fee of $100? $331.10 to clear a line and turn the fan to low? 5) The service fee was about $160, and Chris couldn't have been here for much over an hour. 6) We have used Four Star for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs for several years, at least since 4/18/18. We always purchase the annual service agreement. These charges appear excessive to us. Thanks

Jake was the plumber that came. He was professional and took extreme pride in his work - which is a characteristic hard to find these days. I hope Four Star recognizes that and takes good care of him!!
