Went in for a License Plate Sticker, Charge was $151.00 + a $3.40 CONVENIENCE FEE =$154.40. Excuse me, what is convenient about going to a DMV??? LOL 😂, I didn’t get to go ahead of the line, if they had a special drive thru and they came out to install your sticker for you; now that would justify a convenience fee which should be (optional) if you want that service. They also have posted signs saying; NO ABUSIVE LANGUAGE OR CONDUCT, why would they need to post signs like that??? 🤬😝, everyone knows State Employees are programmed to upset people; they should inform the customer that there will be an extra charge; they said nothing about it, neither did I because dealing with state employees is never pleasant. Strong Armed Robbery is a Felony for anyone else. $3.40 😆, it’s the principle 😡

The staff at the Olney DMV is the best! They were swamped this morning after the COVID closures and were still very friendly and knew exactly how to solved my issues. Really lucky to have the great workers we have there!
