They have facemasks required posted on the main shop but it is loosely enforced. When employees are outside they leave masks off as they work, but it is easy to avoid them and maintain distance. Busy hours get a bit crowded and customers are not great about going in one direction, but there's plenty of space to avoid people. There is a shield at the register and contactless pay.

Never heard of those terms. It's usually "thriller" (the large plant/plants usually in the center), "filler" (smaller plants that fill in space under the lower leaves of the thriller down to the pot edge) and "spiller" (plants that hang over the edge of the pot).

Try calling the store instead of asking other consumers what their inventory is and their pricing. Otherwise you might (probably) get very incorrect answers then be very upset when the store wont honor the wrong information.

Hopefully you haven't been sitting around waiting for a fellow customer to answer your question for the last year and instead realized asking store specific questions (pricing, inventory, etc) is not what a consumer OPINION forum is for/about.
