Gayle is great! She takes lots of time both before AND after the massage to discuss your lifestyle, understand where you have any pains or points of interest, and show you ways to stretch/manage pain/adjust your body position. During the massage, if you want, she will discuss what muscles she is working with, what she feels, and how you feel. She always checks in to make sure you're feeling okay and to ask how you feel about certain spots. She makes sure to focus on trouble spots, but is also very knowledgeable about all the connections in the muscles; she's helped me feel better by working in a spot that I didn't even know was connected to my pain. I prefer going to her over anywhere else. Highly recommend; five stars.
