Very old and slow golf cart was provided for 500 a week! Rusted out seatbelts. Called and requested a new cart the next day and never received call back. When workers came to pick it up at end of week, I mentioned the seatbelts and they snickered and said nothing. Will plan better next year and rent from Ajax.

I wish there was a zero star option! This Company has the worst customer service of any Company I have ever dealt with. This starts with the owner Don. He reminds me of the typical used car salesman that will tell you what you want to hear but doesn’t deliver what you need. The maintenance department is a joke run by the “general manager” named Bobby. My cart was picked up by them in March because it completely died on me. 5 months later I had to go to their Southport location to have them arrange to get my cart back because Bobby would not return my call for over three weeks. Of course when the cart was brought back to me it was still not running. During these 5 months I put out over $2K in parts based on what they “thought” was wrong with my cart. I had another Company pick my cart up to diagnose the issue and they had the cart running in ONE DAY!!!! This Company only seems to care about getting rentals in and out and selling new carts to customers who will unfortunately see the poor level of service that most others see if there is ever a problem with their cart. Beware, they do not have any “Technicians “, just part changers. They are obviously understaffed and VERY poorly managed! You have been warned. RUN as far as you can away from this business! Now with this being said my dealings with the Southport location and Alex there have been great.
