Great internet when it decides it wants to work! Constant outages. I constantly have to restart my modem. For a period of about a week I had to call and have to get it troubleshooted so it’d work.

There is no direct lines to offices. All calls are routed through the call center. If you want to talk specifically to someone in Fairfield you must go into the office.
We had a major fiber cut, all services are currently out. We are working to get all services up and running Edit: Services were restored later that night.
