I've had to drop off several boxes and this location has always been quick, efficient and friendly. Being a UPS station, the hours of operations are the best in town, and you always feel like you're one step closer to your package being delivered just a little bit quicker.

What are people supposed to do if they don't have Facebook or Twitter? There is no reason why 21 Negley should not have a local Evansville phone number published. Unacceptable customer service. A paying customer should not have to jump through hoops to get answers.
You would either have the package placed on hold through the website or by calling in with your tracking number. Then you can pick it up at the customer counter once it has arrived at the building.
