I paid for my dryer to be serviced in '20 of November. Bad switch & the dryer had no heat. I paid around $223 (change), I came in from working 12 Hrs. put my clothes in the washer then the dryer and when I woke the next morning the dryer was still running. I am sorry, but I feel as much as I paid your parts should have lasted longer, I do not wash but twice a wk. to conserve, now they say the service call will be $100/ and the parts are 90 days. I work hard for my money & I did not expect to be back at square 1, they have lost my business. I think they should do better.

Sorry I'm just getting back with you. If it is under warranty you need to call Maytag/Whirlpool and they will send a servicer out to look at it. If it is out of warranty we can fix it if you are in our area. Call the store, 910-892-5866 to schedule. We are booking into next week, after Thanksgiving. Thank you.
