Give an appointment time but it's FCFS, they are slow when unloading. Been sitting in the unload spot for over an hour and only have one bundle unloaded from my trailer. Quite a few reviews mentioned steady and fast unloading, but I guess today just wasn't their day.

Typical Home Depot DC, the forklift are work steady by its an all day process. Dispatch said that this was a 0930 appointment 1130 and they have hardly unloaded anything
