Very friendly service very polite that I asked if we needed anything soon as we stepped in the door and they definitely had what I was looking for I spent close to maybe couple of hundred give or take all in transformers collection I wish I went to the other stores and those areas but I did not but the store is 100% legit and very friendly settled better than the other stores that I've been into at different GameStops one store I went in he didn't even ask that I need help but he did ask my brother
