40$ to adjust an O ring on 1 singlesprayer. On the phone they said they replaced one on my sprayer and fogger. After further discussion when i had got there they were specifically saying 20$ per sprayer which is fine but still high for just an O ring replacement. When i was talking to the people up front i was trying to figure out where the O rings were located on both machines and asking if i need to buy any so i don’t make the same mistake again. They grabbed the technician and he said there were no problems with the fogger. The sprayer was a minor 20 second adjustment and did a great job educating me on where to put it. Just frustrating when you are told they were both replaced and come to find out one was actually fully functioning from the start and the other didn’t actually require a replacement. I felt deceived about the price, I’d be fine had they just told me 40$ was purely for labor but that wasn’t the case… Edit/ Response to owner: Exactly what I’m saying. I understand I misplaced the O ring in 1 sprayer and your technician did great at educating me where to put it. But the other fogger he said had no problems. I don’t deny he deserved 40$ for labor if not more for being so helpful…. But that’s not what the issue is. You said he replaced them both and weren’t even going to tell me it was a misplacement which i 110% take responsibility for and should be paying but should also be educated.
