Hitchinpost Corral & Campground RV Park

We were welcomed as if we were family. My wife and I are in between homes and were need of a RV park with reasonable long term camping. We’ll we have been enjoying our stay here at HitchinPost Corral & RV park for two months. This park is just off the I-10, two gas stations, five places to eat within a half mile. Extremely Convenient!! Happy to say we have found a new home and will be leaving soon. A happy thing but will miss this place.

We were only here for one night as a stop over on our way west on I-10. What a great experience! It was so amazing that our twin girls did not want to leave. Mrs. Vonda is the ultimate host and our stay was perfect. It is clean and comfortable with level sites. Very pet friendly if you have dogs. She has a horse and a pony on the property and the cutest little white wild bunnies that you’ve ever seen. There is a huge convenient Love’s on your way out. 5 stars all the way!

Very wide and level RV spaces, with full hookups at each site. Vonda was very pleasant and helpful on the phone, and accommodated our slightly later than usual arrival time. A convenient, just-off-the-highway location with great T-Mobile cell reception. The park felt safe with the security cameras. The pull-through spots were easy to navigate.

We stayed at campground for 4 months, Dec thru Mar. It was perfect, and Vonda could not have been nicer. Loved our site. Every day we spent time with Manny and Dash, an added bonus of a mustang and pony. The wooded hiking trails were a bonus too. Will be happy to get back next December .
